Speed: Google Lighthouse mobile Performance score, middle result of 5 tests, on every page we build, measured before launch. Scores move a few points from test to test, and tools you add later (chat, booking, ads) can lower them. If a change we make lowers a score, we fix it at no charge. Online stores get their own speed target, agreed before launch.

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, except Québec statutory holidays. A reply means a person answers you; bigger fixes may take longer, and we tell you when.
60 days to change your mind
Leave for any reason in your first 60 days after launch, with no exit fee. You only pay for the months already billed.
Your 60 days count from the day your site goes live. After day 60, leaving before the end of your 12-month minimum costs an exit fee that gets smaller every month. After 12 months, your plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
Your domain and content stay yours
Your web address is registered in your name, and your text, photos and logo are always yours. If you leave, you take them with you, and you can buy the design and code too.

What does the monthly price include?
Design, launch, hosting, updates and small edits. Every plan also includes keeping your Google Business Profile up to date, a quote request form, a link that makes it easy to ask customers for reviews, and a short monthly report on visits and quote requests. We also set up email security for your domain, so your emails land in inboxes, not spam, and no one can send email pretending to be you. Prices are before tax, with no setup fee.
What if I don't like the design?
You see your home page design before we build anything else, and we change it until you like it. If it still isn't right, you can stop there, before we build the rest, and owe nothing. Your first payment is only due when your site goes live.
Do I own my website?
Your domain name and your content (text, photos and logo) are yours and stay yours. The design and the code stay ours and come with your plan. If you leave, you keep your domain and all your content, and you can buy the design and code if you want to keep them too.
What if I want to stop?
In your first 60 days after launch, you can stop for any reason, with no exit fee: you only pay for the months already billed. Between day 60 and the end of your 12-month minimum, leaving early costs an exit fee that gets smaller every month; the amount is written in your contract. After 12 months, your plan runs month to month: stop anytime with 30 days' notice.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. There's no setup fee. Your first monthly payment is due when your site goes live.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing text, swapping photos, updating your hours or prices, adding a new project. Email us at hello@thewebbros.com or message us on Slack: every client gets a direct Slack channel with us. We get back to you within 2 business days for regular requests, and within 4 business hours for urgent ones. For bigger changes, like a new page, we give you a price first. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, except Québec statutory holidays. Urgent means your site is down, your form stopped sending, or something wrong is costing you customers.
How long until my site is live?
About 1 week for Starter (one page), about 2 weeks for Growth (up to 5 pages) and about 3 weeks for Pro (up to 5 pages you edit yourself). These are targets: they assume quick feedback and your photos and details on time.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build your site the way Google recommends: quick to load on phones, with clear page titles and descriptions. We also keep your Google Business Profile up to date. We don't promise rankings, and you should be wary of anyone who does. In Google's own words: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.”
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We rebuild it and move your domain over, so your web address stays the same and your email keeps working. We also point your old page addresses to the new pages, so people and Google following old links still find you.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, with the Pro plan: you get a simple editor for your text, photos and news. On the other plans, just send us your changes.
Do you work with businesses outside Québec?
Yes. We work with businesses across Canada and the US, by phone and video.
